Q. Can I advertise your address on my letterhead/business cards?

A. Yes, Once registered with us you can let all your customers/suppliers know that our address is your trading address. All mail received will be stored ready for collection from the moment it arrives.

Q. When can I collect my post from your office?

A. Post is sorted as soon as it arrives each day so is ready for immediate collection. Our normal office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Q. How can I be assured my business address will be safe with Ditton Business Centre?

A. Ditton Business was formed following the relocation of Palace Gate Bureaux from Hampton Court in Surrey. This relocation was simply due to lease expiry on the existing. Palace Gate Bureaux had been trading for over 25 years and Ditton Business Centre will continue to trade in the same way that kept Palace Gate Bureaux a success.

Q. Can I change my package as my needs change?

A. We tailor packages to customer’s requirements, as well as providing bundles. Feel free to ask us about adding/removing services throughout the year.

Q. How quick can a UK Landline number be up and running ready for advertising?

A. Following the required payment, we can activate a standard UK landline number within 24 hours. (With BT this can take up to 2 weeks).

Q. Can I cancel my services at any point?

A. You can cancel services at any point, all we ask is that due to invoicing procedures that we have 1 months notice.
